N. Frank Napoli, beloved grandfather of brain tumor survivor Owen Dodd, passed away on January 24, 2026 at the age of 87. Frank was an amazing, thoughtful husband to Patricia Napoli for 63 years; a loving father to Patti, Nancy, Dina, Danielle, and Frank; and an adored grandfather to Jake, Natalie, Owen, Preston, Frankie, Waverly, and Elle.
Frank enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, dining out, hosting family parties, fishing, spoiling his fur babies (especially Rocky), and vacationing in St. Maarten. His contagious laugh (and his penchant for repeated sneezes) will be sorely missed by all who loved him. He was always someone people could count on for advice or guidance, and his calm demeanor aided hundreds of clients over his 60 years working for State Farm.
Making Headway was there to help Owen and his family when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor at age 3, and we can think of no greater way to honor Frank’s life spent as a helper to those in their time of need.
